60204 Test
EN 60204-1 standard covers the applications of electrical, electronical and programmable electronic equipment and systems.
Above standard is the rule to implement the safety tests required by the standard on products containing electrical installations at AC rated voltage values 50-1000 V and DC rated voltage values 75-1500 as required by Low Voltage Directive (LVD). Externally, the EN 60204 test covers the fulfilment of the requirements specified in the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for the safety of electrical circuits.
